Entry Fees:
$10 per couple, for each OPEN event
$5 per couple, for each SYLLABUS event
$5 for each SOLO LADY event

September 10-16: each entry form will have a $10 late fee
September 17-23: each entry form will have a $20 late fee
No entries will be accepted after September 16 if they create an additional round
