Assumption of Risk, Release, and Waiver of Liability

By attending or participating in the Beehive Dancesport Classic (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in, or attendance at, the Event. These risks include, but are not limited to, personal injury, disability, illness, property damage, or death, whether sustained by myself or by spectators accompanying me. I accept full and sole responsibility for any resulting loss, claim, liability, cost, or expense of any kind (collectively, “Claims”).

2. Release and Waiver of Liability
   On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives, I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to hold harmless Orem High School, Alpine School District, Island Style Dance Studio, and their respective employees, agents, officers, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all Claims, including those arising from the negligence of the Released Parties, in connection with my participation in or attendance at the Event.

3. Acknowledgment of Effect of Release
   I understand and agree that this release and waiver prevents me, my heirs, or my personal representatives from pursuing any legal action against the Released Parties for any Claims that may arise in connection with the Event.

4. Voluntary Participation
   I acknowledge that my participation in or attendance at the Event is voluntary, and I understand that I am choosing to attend entirely at my own risk.
